Hi all - Ivy and I will likely not be there - one is traveling, one is sick *cough*.
Thanks for the great season & see you all soon!

Looks like another event with scuba gear required. I picked up a small propane infrared for my trailer. That along with my new warm rain gear will make this event doable.

From a guy who had a knit cap and big down gloves on last weekend when it dipped below 60! It's gonna be great!

Please rememebr that the food drive for the food pantry in Ayer is continuing this week and and will be collected again this Saturday.
The Renegade Miata Club will be collecting non-perishable food and other items at our autocross events on October 3 and 17 to donate to the Loaves to Fishes food pantry (www.devenspantry.org) which serves the communities of Ayer, Devens, Groton, Harvard, Littleton and Shirley.
Please help us support local families in need in the surrounding communities and bring any items listed below to the Renegade Miata Club events you attend during the month of October and help make this effort a success.
Jello, pudding, pasta, spaghetti sauce, cereals, pancake mix, mayonnaise and ketchup, coffee, canned soup- chunky, canned tomatoes- diced, canned tuna, canned vegetables, white sugar, fruit juice, baby food, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, diapers, detergent, soap, toilet paper.

My marketplace posting worked out and I will get my second set of daisies - I had promised to donate some extra $$$ to the food pantry if this works - who should I mail a check to, and who should it be written to?
Thanks! Kai
Thanks! Kai

I like racing in the rain (or at least it seems I'm faster in the wet than otherwise), but I'm going to delay my trip back from Phila and try for some Phillies/Dodgers tickets on Sunday, so I'm afraid I'm going to miss the fun tomorrow. See y'all at the banquet.

Get better! I have had the bug most of the week, and it punched me pretty bad, so I am missing tomorrow.

Current weather looks to be dry, but not very warm. We haz a sad because we had to cancel. Too much to do and not enough time to do it, in next few days.

Working on the addition later today. Only 300 sheets of sheet rock to hang. Assembling a machine for a customer in Minnesota at the moment.

Really sad now. Forum software messed up my slalom and reversed my Chicago box.

I recognized your chicago box & slalom & loved it!!!
Sorry to read you being sad I feel your pain. Drove in the rough direction of Devens this AM and was equally sad to miss out today.
Ice racing this winter?

Re: Last AutoX October 17
4 hours since my last post. Still not there.
Heya Kai!! No ice racing for me. Everything that did not get done this summer will get done on weekends until the season starts up again.
Machine is 95% assembled. Going home for lunch now.
NER Porsche autocross should be fun tomorrow, going to snow until noon. I'll be crating the finished machine while they enjoy a N'or Easter. I wonder how they will mark the cones with snow coming down?
