Driving on race tracks with the COM Sports Car Club
For those who are interested in trying thier hand at driving on race tracks, the COM Sports Car Club has a way to "test the water." For $35 you can ride along for several hot laps with one of their instructors, several of whom are Renegade Club veterans. There is currently a $100 rebate for those who sign up for their first COM high performance driving event. You can learn more at their website http://www.comscc.org/
COM originally stood for Corvettes of Massachusetts, but the joke is that it now stands for "Club of Miatas" because of the high number os Miatas at each event.
