What is your favorite mod?

Thought it would be interesting to start of thread to get folks to list thier favorite mod and whay it is their favorite. It could be something cosmetic or even a new set of tires (for those of you in stock class)

For me, it would be the first real mod I made: installing a used Racing Beat "elbow" cold air intake. I feel like it gave the car a little extra boost, but mostly I like the sound it makes under acceleration.

That and the two white stripes.

FatCat Motorsports bumpstops. The car rides nicer with them and it handles better too. Cheap money for the best of both worlds

The Lightning McQueen bolts on the front fenders. Kachow!


By the way - I'm back, with a 91, running with CMC up here in Maine.

Borla exhaust. Got to love the sound.

I would have to say when I switched to Enkei RP-F1 rims. Made the car ride, drive and hand handle totally different. Switching to them I lost over 10 lbs per corner.

I vote for my Boss Frog clear view... but that's only because I haven't been able to drive it with the Frog Arms or the LS-1 yet!

spider performance 4-2-1, 1 1/2 primary tube, 2 1/2 collector header. MORE POWER!!!!

I have to say the Torsen... it really let's you know it's back there...

I am currently awaiting new suspension mods... so we will see if I change my mind on favorite mods

I'll second Rob's favorite -- the Borla exhaust. It's gotta be the sweetest sounding exhaust I've ever had on any car. Not too loud, not too quiet, not raspy, mellow and deep, just the right sound for a sports car -- perfect!
